God is the God of the living and the dead: those who are Christians live in anticipation of his meeting. After 2000-plus years, the Church does not sink. Christians are all deluded? No, I can not believe. The conversions occur after an encounter with Christ. It is not fantasy: he feels the passage of his soul from death to life and is a sensible step.
